You should be able to login with the second account and cancel, the procedure would be the same for each account.

log back ino your facebook account and go to the list where you gotout and click application settings. press the x on the farmville spplication and it will be cancelled. then you will have to cancel your facebook account once more

You can use your PC to change your Netflix password, so the other PC can not access your Netflix account anymore. The other way is calling Netflix customer service.

Goto https://www.netflix.com/YourAccount and login if necessary. Right under the 'Your Account' in bold text in the upper left corner, you should see "MEMBERSHIP & BILLING" with a cancel button underneath. Click it and it will let you cancel your netflix account entirely.
