Goodman WMH24-1a runs for about an hour then snowflake and water drop lights start blinking non-stop and outside unit shuts down. If I power it down and start it up again it does the same, run for an hour then lights blink and outside shuts down. Not sure what those lights blinking mean as far as a code. I recently cleaned out the drain line with a shop vac and replaced a bad capacitor on the outside unit that was causing the compressor not to fire up.

Andy, I'll give that a shot. Funny thing I was going to do it this morning but started the unit up first and it ran for 6 hours no problem until I turned it off. Then turned it in this evening and it shut down outside after an hour. Could that have to do with dirty coil and hotter part of the day?

SOURCE: ''Clean'' light is blinking, ''Cancel'' does not reset the cycle.

If the clean light flashes 7 times, pauses, then repeats...

When the dishwasher doesn't sense a water temperature increase, it stops working and locks the functions (clean light flashes 7 times, all buttons are non responsive). It does this as a safety in case the element is broken and feeding electrical current into the water.

To resolve this you will have to reset the console. Do this by closing the door and press these buttons in sequence...

-high temp wash
-heated dry
-high temp wash
-heated dry

...all the lights will turn on briefly and the machine will start a diagnostic cycle. You can press cancel or let the diagnostic cyle finish (1-2 minutes).
You should now be able to run the dishwasher as normal.

If the issue returns, you could have a problem with the heating circuit (ie. element, thermostat or wiring).
It rarely happens but it could also be the door switch not engaging properly when the door is closed (slightly bend the door latch down making sure it doesn't hit the door when you close it).

Good luck!

SOURCE: Goodman CK36-18: Outside fan kicks on, but

Sounds like a bad capacitor. They can be bad and the fan will still run. Turn off power and check for burnt wires on the top of the contactor going to the capacitor or on the top of the capacitor.. Check terminals on the compressor also. When capacitors go bad they are slightly swollen. They can also look good and be bad . Could be compressor but start with capacitir and wires. IWork on a lot goodman units. Most of the time it is the cap.

I have an older Goodman mini-split A/C unit, Model# MSG18HRN1W. On colder nights, at or just before freezing, in heat mode, the unit shuts itself of, and all 4 lights blink repeatedly.

It is meant to shut off when it gets so cold that the unit cannot make warm air from outside air that is too cold. When it reaches that situation, it should be switching the heating effort to the built in resistance heating. In other words, it gives up and directs that many KW of electricity go straight into heater coils, like and electrical dryer has. It is very expensive to heat this way. Most whole house heat pumps can't handle cold air. The newer mini split ductless heat pumps lower can work with outside air temperature below freezing depending on the manufacturer.

Enigma SLR61-GW. System runs for about 30 mins and then shuts down and a status light blinks 4 times.

Open the front end of the blower.
You will find tow filters that slide out.
Clean them with water and replays them.

Go to the outside one, take a hosepipe and run a strong stream of water thru the radiator until its clean.

This will solve your problem.

Good luck.

Unit on wall is not getting cool, shows a snowflake, when I go outside our large AC is running but the little one is not

1. turn on the AC and go fast to the outdoor unit. hear the sound of the unit. if the compressor tries to start but it can't then you sould change the capacitor which is inside the outdoor unit.
2. Otherwise your compressor is damaged or there is a loose cable connection or one of the two printed circuits (inside-outside) has problem.

Goodman CAPF4860C6AA not cooling properly

It sounds like it needs to be charged. What you need to do is shut the system down for 24 hours in order to let the unit thaw. Then if you are not EPA certified, you need to have a repair tech come out and charge your system. That should be it unless you have a leak in the lines.
