Sounds like you've had a failure in the microwave portion of the unit.
Microwave not heating problems when the timer/controller board appears to function properly, are related to the following components -
1) Diode
2) Capacitor
3) Transformer
4) Magnetron

this is something you should probably call a repair technician for, due to the danger of the componentry.
Usually in ther case of this problem, even a technician will advise you to replace the unit, in the minds of cost effectiveness and safety...
Anything added to the circuit the microwave is on? Circuit could be overloaded.
You could have a shorted high voltage rectifier, high voltage capacitor, or shorted magnetron. Usually a door switch problem blows the internal fuse in the oven, but door switches should be checked anyway.

did u check plug n internal fuse..lol. my diode that went to earth was the culprit coz my microwave leaked into base and diode to stop leakage to earth had blown
