Chrome is not able to browse

In Firefox:
1) Browse to Google.com
2) On Toolbar cick Tools -> Options
3) Make sure you are on the General tab
4) Under Home page, click Use Current Pages.

Ok I have this happen often usually it is due to a bad download site. I usually simply try again after restarting my browser or I use another browser. Try Firefox or Chrome or Opera, they all handle downloads real well. Opera has a built in Torrent client to.

it might be a bed update, goto to system settings then memory highlight harddrive press Y button then clear cache and confirm, then try the game.

Have tried updating the webcam driver? Check the manufacturers websites for the latest update for your system. I also notice that your using windows vista, so you may better look for the webcam driver that is vista compatible.
