What telephone number to call to report a lost pc optimum card

Since I do not know what credit card you lost and I do not want you to post information on which credit card here, I suggest you locate the telephone of the nearest public library to you in the U.K.

Telephone the library and ask to speak with an information / enquiry librarian. Ask the librarian to look up the U.K. telephone number for your card to call regarding a lost credit card.

I am a librarian by training. Following our professional code of ethics, I know a librarian won't "blab" information about you and your credit card to others.

How to find the telephone number of the nearest public library:
- Use your favorite search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, etc.)
- Use this search strategy, using quotation marks as shown:
"City or County Name" "public library"
Examples:
Exeter "public library"
Devon "public library"
"Stoke-on-Trent" "public library"
The home page of the public library should provide the main library number to call.

What I have done when my telephone number is not working:
I ask a neighbor if I can use his / her telephone to call the telephone service provider and report my telephone connection as out of order.

to your card company...

TOLL FREE TELEPHONE NUMBER
(on reverse side).

Telling them you want to open a ***** case...

also file a POLICE REPORT
(check out on-line Police Reporting)...

It is not as horrible as it sounds.

Telephone your bank -- their number is on the back of your bank-card -- and ask them to help you to report the fraud.

You should report the your operator immeditely this case. After verification, the operator will de- activated the old card/number and will give a new card with the same number.

Depending on the area you are living, you may asked for lost report from police department.
