Please follow the steps below to resolve your issue.

1. Turn off the printer.

2. Lift the scanner cover.

3. Toggle the transportation lock five times, ensuring that it is in the unlocked position, towards the back of the scanner.

4. Turn on the printer, and the error should be cleared.

Update me if you are still getting the error message.

The user's manual said: "Turn this product off, and then back on. Then make sure the transportation lock is released. If the error message still appears, contact your dealer."

If you open the lid, there is a transporation lock on the lower left. Make sure you unlock it before you turn on the machine.

Hi there it is ink error.
You can try to reset the cartages this may do it Please call back let us know if it worked for you, PLEASE.

1. Start with printer off
2. Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click “Power” button. Green led should be on
3. While holding the Power button, release the Resume Button.
4. Without releasing the Power Button, click “Resume” button for two times and release Both Buttons.
5. Click “Resume” for four times then soon click “Power” button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber).
6. Turn off the printer and turn on again
