Samsung TV UN75f6300 clicking on and off, all boards have been replaced

My Samsung UN75F6300 LED TV has a clicking power supply with a measured output dropping in and out from 0-5VDC. No picture. I have replaced the three boards; power supply, main and Tcon boards. I have a power supply repair kit available, but tried a power board swap out first. No visible indication of blown capacitors. The original power supply was a BN44-00621C (L75S1_DHS) and I replaced it with a BN44-00621A (L75X1Q_DHS), best fit available. Different version levels and board numbers but form, fit, and components match. TV responds with the same fault when either is board installed. Disconnecting the power supply output illuminates the back light. Any suggestions from here?

I have the same TV and same symptoms. Haven't tried replacing any of the three boards.

In my case I've carefully inspected the main board and the power supply board, front and back, looking for any kind of anomaly (burning, heat marks, bulging caps, etc) and cannot find anything. Both boards and all cables look 100% brand new and without blemish.

I fully disassembled the tv (including removed glass panel) and hooked up an led tester to the backlights and each row lights up fine. The tester reports a voltage of 66.5V (+/- .1v) after the lights stabilize for about 5 seconds.

I also checked the fuse on the power supply board, it shows zero ohms across it.

Samsung tv restart loop

Had this problem with my un75f6300 right out of the box. Every time I tried to turn the tv on it would eventually stay on if i kept turning it on and off with the remote. Tried unplugging all inputs except antenna, plugged power into another outlet, flashed firmware. Problem got worse for a week until it wouldn't even get to the logo on the screen and would not stay at on at all, just a very quick continuous power cycle loop, . Out of frustration I gave it a nice hard slap on the back right above the power cord and the tv came right on and hasn't done it since. Seriously. That was a month ago. If it comes back I'll take the cover off and look for the bad connection.

How to test the 4 output powersupply on the un55b8500 led tv

First, inspect the electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board. The top of a burned-out capacitor is often domed instead of flat. You may measure proper voltage with no load, but the bad capacitor will not support a load. (Note: the voltages are usually printed on the board next to the output connector.) The page linked below includes a nice illustration of both good and bad capacitors. Also, check the LED driver board for the same problem. If you don't see anything like that, add a comment to the post to that effect, and we'll look at other possibilities.
