Yes, sort of: go to Settings->Security->Enter lock code here if you've created one(otherwise ignore this step)->Limit Use->Restrict Incoming Calls
From this step, you'll have to choose to restrict incoming calls from anyone NOT in your Contacts

down the bottom right corner , on the hash button, see the little x sign under the key, when you have listen to a message push that and it will be deleted then the next one will be heard and repeat untill you finish. hope this helps

Normally you can so long as the caller is presenting their number through Calling Line Identification (CLI) - ie you can see the incoming number on the screen.
If you can see the number, save the number into your phonebook. Create a Group in your phonebook and put the number in it. Then normally you can automatically reject calls from a Group - either by the Group options, or by the settings under the phones Profiles.

If your fone has a blacklist feature which can be found in:
Settings > Call > Blacklist..
1). Enter the international code or the plus sign..
e.g "+" or "00"-Australia,New Zealand.
2). Enter country code.
e.g "61X"-Australia, "64X"-New Zealand.
3). Enter mobile number.
Activate this feature and you should be fine.
