Do you mean Bauhn smart TV? Can you open a browser page on your TV? It may be that your TV needs to be programmed with your WIFI ID and password. Then you will have to program Netflix ID and password.

If you're talking about a smart TV you need to resolve your login issue before you can get your smart TV to work properly and you have to make sure you're smart TV is connected to your wireless network if your smart TV is connected to your wireless properly and you still can't log in its because you need to use a computer first to correct your login problem or perhaps a cell phone and correct your Netflix login it's because you need to use the computer yoiu cannot correct login issues on a TV easily at all
go to a computer and go to netflix.com and make sure you can login before trying on your TV if you cannot login on computer reset the password or pay your bill

select netflix with your remote...then login if you have an account or create an account with your remote

If you have wi-fi you can watch via a DVD player or game system with wi-fi. You could also watch with a Roku or similar device.
