It is likely to be the opposite and be fuel starvation. Check the following;

The tank vent.
The pump bulb is the right way around, ARROW towards Engine.
Cut a section of pipe and see if the inner lining has delaminated. The grey fuel pipe is bad for this. Modern Ethanol fuels damage the lining. Black Tube is best.

SOURCE: Cuts out after 10 minutes

Sounds like fuel tank vent problem , air has to get into tank
sometimes its vented by fuel cap but a lot of hedge trimmers use
a duck bill valve right thru tank or hooked to hose .
To test if this might be the problem loosen gas cap when it starts to die .
good luck

SOURCE: bike will not idle witout having choke on a bit

I have a supermagna and used fuel stablizer once and it wasnt fit it gummed my carbs up,ive cleaned mine often and it isnt rocket science,remove the tank airbox assembly,loosen up the boot flanges that hook the carbs to the motor(ones on carb)then remove the carbs,then the cables,choke and throttle,do not remove carbs from assembly(leave all 4 together)remove the bottoms and tops of a carb,removefloat and jet,then remove all the brass jets and clean them so you can see through holes,,blow out all the holes in carbs,and reasemble,works for me every time,about two hours to do,good luck

SOURCE: Yamaha TW 200 starts but won't run.

If the bike has sat for a long period of time without being run - the gas that is sitting in the carb(s) will shellac.. Then the carb(s) would need to be cleaned and "rebuilt"..

My 50 ho 4 storke was stored for over a year it started like a dream and idles great but when you advance the throttle to mid range it seems to de tune and misses like crazy until you bring her back d

It sounds like the high speed passages in the carb are gummed up. If you have not done so already, you should probably rebuild the carb.
