There is a fuse from the oven control panel to the elements, test it for continuity. Test the elements for continuity. Test two wires coming from the main board to the oven elements for power. Only do this if you are qualified. Test two wires for power from the wall, each will be 110 volts. Does the stove top work? If not it might be your breaker has burned out.
Sounds like your bake element element has failed. Parts are readily available on line or call for service

Too bad someone didn't answer this sooner. Caused be poor air circulation in the unit. There is indeed a thermal fuse used in this unit. This problem has been around for a while and no real solution has been found. The closest "fix" is to remove the fuse, turn it around and only hook it down with the screw that faces the panel. The other screw hole is then bent to a 45 degree upward slant. This give the fuse a little breathing room.

yes the oven thermal fuse blew when the fan went off its also called a tco switch if you pull out the oven and take the top off there will be a tech sheet there that will give the location of the tco some are on top some are on back this can also happen if the oven is too tight in the cabinet not enough room around it to let the heat dissipate its a round metal disc with two wires on it

A good pre-heated pizza stone will help cook the crust better when the pizza is placed right on the stone. As for the cheese burning, check the actual temp. of the oven with a good thermometer.

Please call KitchenAid/Whirlpool directly and ask to speak to the 'executive management team'
I had this fault for the second time and this time I spoke to the Exec Management team who said they were unaware of this as a common fault. My stove was ‘fixed’ free of charge – the fuse was replaced, again.
Please everyone who has had or is having this problem call again – this problem needs to be fixed, replacing the fuse each time or not using the self clean function is NOT a fix.
