My vizio E60-C3 television powers on and I get clear picture and sound but then the TV powers off by itself. I have tried power cycling both the TV and the remote and that has not solved the issue. Any thoughts?

These are not easy to solve. The issue is most likely due to something getting too hot. The problem is telling what is getting too hot. You have to take the unit apart and power it on Then you can wait for it to shut off and you unplug it and feel for heat or use a laser IR thermometer to see what the part is You can also use a freeze spray on the part to see if it works after you cool it off Then you either replace that part as a component or you replace the whole board.

SOURCE: vizio 47" lcd no picture no sound has power

this could be one of two problem. first, check if you have back light. If you do then the problem is with the M/B. Second, if you don't have back light then the inverter is bad and needs to be replace.

SOURCE: Vizio won't turn off

This could be a mainboard problem. Sometimes one of the fuses may be bad and may freeze up causing the TV to not be able to power off.

SOURCE: no picture or sound, light comes on in the front and have to unplug tv to turn it off.

I had this exact problem on my Vizio 47" HDTV. I removed the speakers and all the screws on the back cover. Took the cover off and located the fuses on the largest circuit board. The are in the upper right hand corner of the board. There are 3 of them in a row labeled LF 1.5, LF 3.0 and LF 3.0. The are white in color with copper ends. I took a volt meter and measured continuity across all fuses individually and found the LF 1.5 to be blown. The guy at the electronics store sold me a barrel 1.5A fuse and told me to soldier it across the top of the blown fuse. It took an extra set of hands but the TV works perfectly.

I've replaced the power supply board on my vizio e60-c3 and still the tv powers on for a brief second and then immediately turns off. Any body have any ideas what it might be?

Just a guess - the power supply is likely a switch mode type with short circuit and overload protection. Your description suggests there is an overload condition somewhere and the power supply is shutting down to protect itself (and other components).

I have a Vizio E60-C3 Tv and I replaced the Power Supply, Main, and Tcon board and my TV still only show standby light for a second and Vizio logo flashes on screen for a second and shut off. Help!!

There is a problem with the back light LED's. When the unit powers up it senses too much current draw and it shuts down and shows the problem that you have. The repair process is to either find the LED or LEDS that are bad or you have to replace them all using the link below: https://www.shopjimmy.com/vizio-e600dlb030-007-led-backlight-strips-e60-c3-complete-set/

Vizio tv is power cycling on it's own

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here.
