I have a Zebra printer which i use for barcode printing.I changed the label size this morning and was trying to caliberate it but the green light constantly flashes.please help on how I can resolve this. thank you.
SOURCE: improper printing of barcodes
recalibrate the label length in the printer(hold feed and power up). from memory bar-one uses the label settings from windows, so go into printers and faxes under control panel and correct the label size

It would be best if we had more information, or a picture.
For instance if you told me as the label is printing it does not print on the label, and it appears shifted to the right or front, then I would say, you need to re-calibrate the printer for that label.
If you were saying that the printer is printing on the right side of the label as you face the printer and watch the label exit the printer, then I would say, that the label size in the software is wrong, or the transfer ribbon is loaded incorrectly, too far to the right as you face the label exit path, OR the labels are loaded too far to the left as you face the label exit path.
Here is a link to a manual that may help as well.

Turn off the printer, then hold down the feed button while you turn it on again. After the configuration label prints, turn the printer off and on again, then try to print your labels.
If the barcodes still don't print, make sure they don't extand past the top, bottom or side of the label. If you software allows you to "clear the label cache" or "re-image the enitre label", try that.
SOURCE: how do I clear the memory on a zebra gk420d?
Download the Seagull scientific GK420 ZPL driver. Version 7.16.
Open the driver file, (Double click on printer icon in printer & faxes folder)
Click Printer, properties, tools, action, reset printer.
Play around with the Seagull driver, it is very useful, you can format memory, read files stored in printer memory, see forms, fonts, images etc.
The forms stored in the G series printers are not cleared by the normal methods which one would use on it's predecessor the 2844 models. The G series will maintain the forms stored in its memory even if you download new firmware, or reset it. This is actually a good thing, as it prevents you from accidentally erasing forms stored in the printer.

I would say the printers buffer has overflowed, try looking around for a Print Buffer to hook up to the printer. The standard Flash is getting very hard to find.
