Hi My Bell cordless phone was working at 1st now it just blocks the incoming calls (voice message "the line is currently busy"),and the line works perfectly when another device is inserted.

That's what happens when you plug in the system and don't program it. You need to review ICD groups.

By default, the phone connected to the first extension is the master phone and the only phone that rings.

You need to reset the main base unit. Unplug the power from the back of the base. While the power is disconnected, press and hold the delete key while reconnecting the power. Wait for a long beep tone. When the display shows 88 or P, press play button one time. If you have a phone without an answering machine, disconnect the power from the back of the base, press and hold find hs button while reconnecting power.

Try disconnecting all power to the base stations and the batteries in the handsets for a few minutes.After reconnecting power it may take a few minutes for the units to reconnect.
