SOURCE: Blade Alignment?
ok yep your blade is out of alignment with the fence. It is closer to the fence at the rear than the front. You need to make the modification or adjustment to your fence, if it allows that, and then worry about the miter slots later (which should be adjusted miter slot to blade, not miter slot to fence). You might be able to adjust the miter slot to blade by moving the actual table and then securing witht he table mount bolts. Check your manual for how to align the fence.
You do want to fix that though as it can be potentially dangerous and result in kickback of the workpiece which is a rather SCARY thing, and very dangerous.

Does the blade go to the right if you place the fence on the opposite side of the blade? If so, then the teeth on one side of the blade are dull.
The dull teeth beat into the wood, and the sharp teeth cut when the blade is deflected by the dull teeth, leading the cut further and further from the straight line of cutting. This happens when something dulls the blade, like a nail, a foreign object embedded in the wood like stone, or if you use the wrong blade for the work being done, i.e. using a crosscut blade for consistent rip sawing.
First, get a spare blade or two for the saw, don't depend only on one blade. Use a combination blade to get the best balance from ripping and crosscutting.
Then for the dull blade:
If it is a steel blade, replace it with a carbide blade - a few dollars more, but well worth the upgrade.
If it is a carbide blade, get it sharpened, as they will also get dull, though you can't always see it.
If it is a carbide blade, and teeth are broken on it, ask your sawyer (saw sharpener) to determine if it is worth replacing the teeth, or if it is less expensive to replace the blade.
A quality blade will last longer than the least expensive ones, as the materials are better machined, balanced, and finished. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: adjust angle of band saw blade to align with fence
Typically the fence is attached to the table and the table can be angled to create a bevel.
Using a square, align the table so it's square to the blade. Assuming your fence is square to the table vertically, you're good.
With most bandsaws I have worked with, there is a positive stop (typically just a bolt - the head acts as the stop) underneath the table so when you tilt the table, you can return it to flat without having to re-square everything up every time. Once you've got things square, make sure to adjust the positive stop too.
Be aware you may still have to compensate for drift with your fence, though.

SOURCE: rip fence to saw blade alignment
I dont believe there are pictures, but what you need to do is move the fence to the blade, there are 2 10MM bolts on the backside that you need to loosen and then you can move the fence to square with the blade. Snug them down and move the fence and recheck let me know if you have anymore problems
