Do all Minn kota 112 remote control deploy throlling motor with a touch of a button

Yes the 112 is the best Auto Pilot. You control everything from around your neck. Waypoints last fishing hole. The coolest thing when you go to a big lake and the water fluctuate day today, your waypoints on the remote keep you in the same depths you fished before in that spot and has recorded your fishing hole so all you do is it resume and your trolling motor will guide you through the last way you fished the spot. All you have to do is kickback and hook the fish and hit pause reel the fish in and hit resume and you Auto Pilot will keep you in the same depth of water and on your course you saved last time you fished that hole. Way Cool!, Only saves tracks for 250 yards safety.

Which are the best places to do fishing? And which are best fishing rods we shuold have ?

Fish like edges or places where the bottof structure of the body of water you're fishing changes.
For instance a shallow flat with a deeper hole or ditch running through it. Or a drop off with a point that extends off of it.
if spots like the contain cover then they become even more attractive to fish. Cover is weeds, wood, rock or any other type of material that either naturally occurs of is artificially created. For instance a concrete break wall or a jetty that has bRosen rock along it makes great cover for fish. Fish also use edges, these can occur in a number of different ways. For instance where sandyou bottom turns to gravel or the edge of a weed line or where warme and cooler water meet etc. If you can locate an edge on a structural change and that edge meets cover or is the cover itself you've found potentially awesome fishing spot. The fish might not be there every day but they will use it at some point in time.
Hope this helps, good luck.

My neighbor gave me "Charleston

Not familiar with "Charleston" cookers, but most rice cookers function the same way. There normally are lines on the inside of the inner pot. The lines indicate how much water to add for the indicated cups of rice. Turn the pot on and it will cook until the water is evaporated. While there is water is in the pan the temp won't get much past the boiling point of water. Once it goes dry the temp rises quickly and a thermostat kicks off the power. Magic.

My fishfinder will not continue to read shallow depths as well as in shallow depths when drifting and occasionally running across the water. My unit is a lowrance 522c color gps/fishfinder.

Hello. Your observation is spot on and it is actually a characteristic that is always true when using sonar. Yes, your Lowrance uses the same sonar as a nuclear powered submarine does. The two factors you focus on, water depth and boat speed are perhaps, the two biggest factors when it comes to the quality of the fishfinder. The boat's engine should be in gear at an idle or just above. Experiment with your boat to find the best throttle location for good arches. Usually, a slow trolling speed works best. The depth of the fish can determine if the fish will arch on the screen. If the fish is in shallow water, the fish is not in the cone angle very long, making it difficult to show an arch. Typically, the deeper the fish, the easier it is to show an arch.
