SOURCE: memory card removal

I would try setting the clock on the phone to a year ago, then go back and delete the appointment reminder. Set the clock back, and see if that works.

My facebook games are very slow. Can use different computer and they are fine. My games keep freezing. any ideas?

First how much memory do you have? How much memory is free? Next check what processes are running (the task manager is a good place to start). Use msconfig.exe (Start > Run > msconfig) to disable programs from launching at boot up. Check the system for viruses and other malware. What browser are you using and what plugins are loaded. Try disabling all the plugins and reenable them one at a time. There may be one that is a resource hog.

The other standard issues to check: clear the browser cache (Tools > Internet Options for IE, Tools > Options > Advanced > Network tab in Firefox) , run the defragmentation utility on the hard disk (Computer > right click on Local Disc (C:) and choose Properties > Tools). Use a registry cleaner to compact the Windows registry (very carefully - back up the registry first).

I hope this helps.

From another computer, download the "Malicious Software Removal Tool" from http://support.microsoft.com and copy the file to a USB memory-stick.

Carry the memory-stick to your computer, and run that M.S.R.T. tool, to see if it can "remove" the virus.

My computer is runing real slow can you help me

Try contrl alt delete to see what programs are active (running) it will show you what program is hogging your processer. It may something inadvertantly downloaded onto your computer. Try shutting down this program to see if it is something that you need to operate, if not, try disabling it at startup.
You may also want to try downloading microsofts malicious software removal tools. There have been several and they do remove many of these irritating bugs.

Lower level format problem

Unfortunately, there is little you can do since low level formatting just as same as formatting a hard drive on a computer. There is one way that I know of called data recovery/forensics but this service is extremely expensive. A forensic program called "EnCase" will read any data on the card but the data may be corrupted to the point where there won't be anything of use.
