We have a panasoic kx-tge433, when we receive a call and they need us to push a number to verify an appointment, etc we cant. Can you help me figure out what i need to do

Change dial mode to TONE !

Do you mean the KX-TGE430? This is the base for the KX-TGE432, KX-TGE433, and KX-TG3634. To delete numbers from the Call Block, press the Call Block key (bottom right of the handset). Choose the single number or range of number option using the arrow keys. Press Select (a soft key - see the display). Use the arrow keys to highlight a number or block of numbers in the list. Press the soft key for Delete. Highlight Yes and press the soft key for Select. Press Off when done. Alternatively, after entering either the single number or range of number call block section, press Menu. Then choose Erase All. Highlight Yes and press Select.

Appointment

That depends, but most likely if your a patient, then you must have received some type of phone number to call, if you call that number and tell them that you are a patient and your wanting to schedule your appointment, they should help you very swiftly

You have 24 buttons that can be anything. The key is PROGRAM press the button and dial 1 + the extension and STORE or SAVE. The "1" tells it to be an extension. You press PROGRAM on an idle phone.

I suspect it's related to your sim card (network), not your samsung cell phone. In most cases, regarding sending picture messages, the problem is from the Service Operator. Have you tried the sim card on another phone? If not, remove the sim card, insert it on another phone and try sending a message from another mobile to you number, or you can do it in vise versa by inserting another sim card on your mobile.

If you can't receive picture messages even it's inserted on another handset, then you need to call the customer care of your Network Operator and tell them your problem, they will help you fix it immediately.

You can check the message center number, but I don't think it's very much important in your case, well, if you wanna try, just check the text message settings and verify that the message center number (which is currently in use) is the same number which is on another phone with the same network (the other sim should be of the same network in your area). If it's different, make the changes and save the settings. Also disable the "Receive Via" or similar settings.. (I can't recollect the exact settings as i don't have the same model with me, please excuse me for this.).

If the same sim card doesn't receive picture messages using another handset, don't bother to change the settings or to make any changes with it, first call the customer care and verify from them, you may make mistakes instead of fixing it.
