Avital car alarm goes off every 15 minutes or so, even when unarmed.

try turning the key almost to start and keep it there for about ten minutes. hope it works. I got this tip from somebody else.

Go to a toyota dealer they can reprogram your settings on your car so it won't do that.

open hood......find hood switch....put a piece of double sided tape on hood so it presses harder on switch

SOURCE: mongoose m60 car alarm not unarming with remote

Mongoose are having Issues with the new generation M60 Series. If your M60 has the 3 button remote then it is the new model. You will need to get a replacement from Mongoose under warranty.
