Can i transfer telkom data for a telkom cellphone simcard to another telkom simcard number? How can i do this. What number must i call from my telkom callnimber

Usually its been noticed that if ur trying to move data between cellphones of different brands it does not take place , seems to be some unspecified problem, but at the same time if you have a laptop computer the infrared connects just fine and data transfer is smooth. Also it is important to note that while xferribg data between cell phones or any infrared device it is mandatory that the infrared points are in constantantly touching each other or data xfer will not take place.it is not tlike the bluetooth.
