Try uninstalling the printer.

Go to Panasonic Website, download & install drivers.

You can download a user's manual from here.
It's a pretty large file, so I'm guessing there's something there about paper feeding or envelopes that will help you.

try to use another driver to see if the driver is faulty. also, you should try to print with the same driver from another computer.

You must enable the USB in service mode F5-88
While holding function key, hold original size ledger key, while holding those two, press the 3 key. This gets you into service mode. Press 5 then the start key. Scroll to #88 and set the value to 2

Is there a way to turn off scanning in color?

When the printer is setup on each PC, the default option should be set to black and white (click on the quality tab). When wanting to print in color, click print in the program you are in, then click on printer properties, click on quality tab, then set to color. It will only print the current print job in color.

are you sure your using the correct replacement ???

There is a lock type plastic switch that clamps against the toner, make sure its fine and check the place it hooks on the waste toner basket and make sure its fine as well..

Once they are slide the waste toner basket in place, push, press and it will snap into place.

Cannot print

as long as that computer is connected properly to your network, you can install the panasonic printer by using your installation cd.
you may also share the printer to the network from your pc

Whenever i switched on the panasonic dp-1520p it displays tray no.1 add paper ,even the paper added. and did not prints .

Ad paper mean paper not response your printer.it is problem paper sensor,it may be displace,check and clean it.

Print pc data cannot complete confirm print condition

Hi, I've found solution when you are trying to print to Panasonic, and showed at the screen pc data cannot complete, you need to remove the security code at the Panasonic. as soon as you remove the code, you can print from windows. good luck. Oki Latief

ah, probably it means that the department ID is activated on your copier.
go to the printing preferences on of the panasonic dp-4530 on your pc, the click the job type tab.
on the space provided you may type in the code that you use during copying or ask the person incharge on your company re department code.
