Wharfedale LCD2710HDAF no power to tv, checked cable and changed fuse a few times, new power lead? or is this a common problem?

Hi.

The power cord must be checked using a multimeter. The test is done reading impedance (ohms) between plug's prongs and contacts to TV power board.

If the power cord is OK and there is no power, then the problem is the power board inside the TV.

Regards.

Ginko.

I have a wharfedale 64cm tv and it went in for repairs .i do not have the manual for the urc-3415 remote and desperately need the code.please help

Wharfedale 0037, 0556

  1. Press the TV key on the ONE FOR ALL
  2. Press and hold down MAGIC until the red light blinks twice. (The red light will blink once and then twice.)
  3. Enter your (four-digit device code) using the number keys. The red light will blink twice.
  4. Now, aim the ONE FOR ALL at your device and press POWER. If your device switches off, the ONE FOR ALL is ready to operate your device.
  5. Turn your device back on and try all the remote's functions to ensure they are working properly. If the functions do not work properly, repeat steps 1-5 using another code listed under your brand.
  6. If your device does not respond, follow steps 1 to 5 with each code listed for your brand.

TV wont turn on with power button or remote

Try putting the cables back where they were. After that re-route them again but this time use the manuel.
If that doesn't work, consult the TV's manuel.

Change you screen resolution to lower resolutions, like 640x480, connect it. if you get video, move your resolution up and test which ones work for you TV. Try to stay under 1920×1080.
