How do I replace the waterline in the back of our Bosch Fridge. Its broken off up inside where it goes into the foam insulation. Do we remove the insulation or just try to pull it through.

It has broken several times before lower down and we've been able to add pipe and join it. We live in remote area so not easy to get service men.

Hmmmm. A model# would be helpful in figuring out how to replace the broken line and maybe a picture of which line it is as well! I am not sure if you are referring to one that goes to the icemaker,to or from the water filter if it has one or to the water in the door if it has that.

SOURCE: need to replace the superchager belt, i know that it isn't easy, remove the lower moter mount spacer of the idler pully mounted inside the mount? '96 riviera

If memory is correct it should be driven by the serpentine belt, which runs through one of the engine mounts.
To change the belt you'll need to support the engine (by something other than the oil pan) and pull the engine mount.
== here is another opinion== First you have to remove the belt to the alternator then you can remove the belt to the supercharger. To do this you will need a 19/32" socket and breakerbar or long ratchet.
Put ratchet on belt tensioner nut and pull toward front of car then pull belt off. There is a separate tensioner for each belt.
I hope this helps and since your doing all that work might as well sevice the supercharger too which is always forgotten.
You can buy a superchaarger lubricant from the dealer or, according to the manual. You can use synthetic 10W30 weight oil, which is a much cheaper route.
The filler is a small plug located at the bottom of the goose neck of the supercharger. You need an allen wrench to unscrew it. The oil should be up to the bottom of the threads for the screw plug.
Good luck and hope this helps. Dubble check though, i had a long day.

Most all window motors and regulators are pop-riveted to the door. This requires special tools to reinstall the pop rivets and assembly.

Fridge is leaking water from the outside

Normally caused by a blocked defrost drain to the freezer unit. Difficult to know with Mystery make appliances, but they are normally visible at the back. This issue manifests itself every 24 hours with water in the base of the bottom fridge that overflows out.

If it is moisture condensation from the outside of the cabinet, the internal insulation has degraded and broken down. That is difficult to fix, and normally requires a new fridge. You can fix insulated foam to it, the sort that goes behind radiator, or reduce the humidity in the area.

Need to replace water line inside freezer door.

Water lines inside doors are typically not serviceable as the insulation is "foam in place". Pulling apart the door and reassembling will be next to impossible. Generally the door would need to be replaced.

How to replace temperature sensor in Whirlpool water heater

Whrilpool will send information.
Copy following link for resources, including images showing temperature sensor (thermister):

Remove cover on outside of tank.
The foam insulation is very stout, and must be cut back to access sensor located above each element.
Insulation must be put back when finished.
After insulation is cut back, it appears you can remove the sensor... I am assuming the wiring can be unplugged, or spliced. It is not possible to replace wires that run between sensor and top of tank because the foam insulation is too tight and wiring is not inside a conduit.

Bosch larder fridge KSR stopped cooling - has been diagnosed as thermostatic probe broken - now been informed this cannot be replaced? Is this true? The negineer claims that the fridge is no longer...

if he means temp sensor he is correct as they are foamed into the liner in manufacture you would destroy the liner to reach it however there are repair kits available for some models which bypass faulty sensor and allow it to run on ambient sensor you will need to check with bosch tech dept to verify this.

Our N369B fridge freezer has a large amount of ice clinging to the upper back of the fridge how do we stop this happening?

Your freezer door is not closing properly. if it is not on wheels then make sure the bottom nut that also holds the front wheels or slider in place is tight. Also maybe have the seals replaced and check door alignment on both doors. You will of course have to defrost the freezer.

E2 fault on Bosch kgu3201

Dear Sir,

It's a thermistor error, the internal evaporator one... but disconnect the fridge and freezer ones first in turn to see if the error changes. If it is the internal one, you should see an arrow impression on the paper covering the insulation which marks the spot to dig(at the back of the freezer.) Usually this error occur when water ingresses the push on tags, shorting out the thermistor.

Now the bonus... 9 times out of 10, you don't need to buy a spare, as there will probably be nothing wrong with the error giving thermistor. Remove and fit the fridge thermistor in the place of the internal one... clean and dry the internal one you removed and refit it inside the fridge.

You will need to repair the insulation with two pack brown foam insulation and foil tape. deffinately this solution solves your problem. If you have any problem regarding this issue post comment more information about the problem.we will glad to assist you

good luck.

Lsc26905tt = chunks of styrofoam coming from ice maker

Over the past few years the appliance companies have found that it is less costly and more efficient to replace the traditional spray in foam insulation to Styrofoam panels. They do sometimes shift. When they shift they can come in contact with the fan. The blade shaves them and then blows the foam particles into the unit. If you are comfortable with doing repairs then you can fix this. You will need to un-plug the refrigerator and remove everything in the freezer. You will see a series of screws in the back inside panel. Take these screws out and remove the panel. You will expose the coil and fan assembly. Inspect it and make any adjustments to the foam at this time. assemble in reverse. Hope this helps. Good luck. RE-post with updates. Thanks cj2176.

How do we access the waterline inside the freezer door?

The waterline comes out the lower door hinge. Unhook from coupler at bottom. Now go to the despencer and carefully take the cover off some have screws under drip plate or clipped which a flathead screw driver works nicely dont scratch finish. With proper water line usualy 1/8 size about 5foot long snake it down to the bottom hinge and rehook up. In some case if the tube gets kinked you may have to remove door to do it it. Usually pretty easy.
