IF THIS IS A GAS RANGE, AND IS USED ALOT, 4YEARS IS ABOUT THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE IGNITOR FOR THE OVEN. IF THE IGNITOR IS WEAK, IT MAY NOT OPEN THE SAFETY VALVE. WITH A FLAT IGNITOR, IT REQUIRES 3.3AMPS TO OPEN THE VALVE. IF IT IS A ROUND IGNITOR, IT REQUIRES 2.8 AMPS TO OPEN THE OVEN IGNITOR.
IF THIS IS AN ELECTRIC OVEN WITH AN ELECTRONIC CONTROL, I WOULD SUSPECT THE OVEN SENSOR AS THE DEFECTIVE PART. AT ROOM TEMP, IT SHOULD READ ABOUT 1084 OHMS OF RESISTANCE.
IF IT IS A MECHANICAL CONTROL(WITH A KNOB) IT MAY BE ADJUSTABLE BY REMOVING THE KNOB AND INSERTING A THIN SCREWDRIVER UP THE SHAFT OF THE CONTROL AND TURNING A SCREW IN THE SHAFT TO CALIBRATE THE TEMP.
SOURCE: Calibration
Electric ovens are calibrated behind the temp knob. Pull the knob straight off of the shaft and look at the back of the knob. There should be a metal slide with a scale and a little set screw. Loosen the screw and move the slide in the direction indicated for your needs.

gas oven?? i would replacethe bake ignitor, the most common issue with unit not holding temp.

well no need to fret, if you oven is heating over 100 degress off theres problably not an adjusatment to compensate for that, youll need to either replace the htermostat or the thermistor, depending on which your machin uses
