Hello, Joseph -

According to this PureFlix web page:
https://support.pureflix.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000908793-Which-devices-can-I-view-Pure-Flix-on-
Smart TV access of PureFlix is not yet available on smart TVs, except for Roku-powered Smart TVs and Android enabled TVs.

Apparently, the company expects to offer PureFlix access on newer (less than 2 years old) Samsung, LG and Vizio Smart TVs by late Spring of 2018.

This web page lists the current PureFlix viewing options:
https://support.pureflix.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000909573-Can-I-Watch-PureFlix-com-on-my-TV-

Best wishes.

Is there an adapter to switch tv to smart tv

No, but most Blu-ray players are "smart" players and include a Netflix app as well as other services such as HULU, Amazon, etc. Usually, the Blu-ray player will have stickers or or emblems printed on the box or the on the player itself with "Netflix" , etc.
Connect the Blu-ray player to the TV using an HDMI cable. Connect the Blu-ray player to your router/home network with an ethernet cable or wirelessly if your player has built-in Wi-fi. Once that is done you can go to the Main Menu on the player and select Netflix. That should open the Netflix app and connect you for watching Netflix.

Cannot connect 2nd tv to net flix.

well no, you need to use another source on the second tv for Netflix to come in. I have the Vizio smart tv with Netflix built in and I use the Roku box on my 2nd tv.
