SOURCE: resize DKNY 1035 Wrist Watch band

Could be a number of different ways. Some newer watches have multiple clasps that make it easier for you to adjust it yourself. Check the bottom of the band for extra clasps.

Without seeing the watch I have no idea what type of links you have. I suggest taking it to a reputable watch repair shop and have them adjust it for you! It will save you the frustration of having to search for a small screw or pin if it should fall on the floor!

I have a dkny watch that i need to adjust the band on...it does have arrows and what appears to be small screws.....

it doesn't have arrows because you have to use small screw drivers to loosen it. so you can adjust it. You can buy it on any hardware store. i hope i had been helped you.

It is probably replaceable. Try to locate a watch repair shop or and jeweler who repairs watches. If they don't have one, then contact DKNY directly.

Your best bet is to contact DKNY to see if they can replace it for you. Other then that, I would try a local jeweler. Here is a link for the DKNY service center: http://www.dkny.com/contact/ Good luck!!

Watch band sizing

OK, I make an attempt:

I saw on other pictures on the web that the links have small holes at the side. There should be some links with arrows r another marking. These are usually the links that can be removed to shorten the strap.

If there is a small arrow on the link, it means that you can push out the pin inside the hole in the direction of the arrow. Then the link can be detached.
You can push it out with a blunt sewing needle (break off the tip).

Remove links on both sides of the watch when resizing it.

Hope that helps.

Broken wrist band

The easiest is to bring it to Wal-Mart, or another store with a watch section in their store, if you buy a new wrist band, they;ll put it on for free. If you're feeling DIY, pull the watch band to the side, untill the metal bar inside is ejected form the slot in the watch, from there, insert the new band's bar into the slot, and voila!
