I have not found a way yet! This is Seiki and they have no browser so if there is a way it would have to be a side load through the service port? still trying and not liking
Answer is No Seiko only let's you use the apps it comes with. There is no play store and if you try to add things it asks for a password. Which you never set up. So doesn't make sense why Seiki locked the tv. Like old phone networks locked their networks. Maybe they have a deal with the app company's.

It needs an internet connection.either wifi or Ethernet.then you will be able to choose from the menu within the set.If it's android you can look for googleplay.if it's toshiba or independent make it may run on a Linux o.s.which means you need to use it's built in browser to download or use URL of Internet addresses.
most nowadays are android based o.s. So it's googleplay for apps for which you need a gmail account which is free and easy to create.
