Email says I have a message and to call myGov. How>>>

Depends on where you are.

If in Australia myGov has a website

https://my.gov.au/LoginServices/main/login?execution=e1s1

If you create a myGov account and then link it to Centrelink and whatever other Commonwealth agencies you deal with, you will be able to read your Federal Govt responses there.

If you want to call myGov itself, the Helpdesk line is 13 23 07, or +611300 1MYGOV (1300 169 468), but good luck with that. The Feds do not want you to ring them, and consequently there are very often long wait times on the phone. I'd email them

I am trying to start a MyGov account. I have my email address and my user name but i am getting lost. Sometimes I am asked for my password but I haven't been asked to create one so I can't open it.

it is best if you go to center link and have an assistant help you with the setting up of the account
it is not easy to understand on line as there are user name that the department issues you with, a pass word that you can change , 3 security questions that you have to answer and remember ( write down the questions and answers as you will be asked a question when logging in)
from experience in getting the account working

My name is Jennifer Hazelwood. Can you tell me if I have a myGov account? I received a letter from Medicare stating that I needed to register.

You would not have one at this stage. The Govt is trying to move us all (I'm in Aust.) away from paper and phone calls to online access. Never mind the myGov site did not work for a while, and nor did phoning them.

Go here and follow the prompts to create a myGov account, then you have to tell it which other Federal services you want to link to it, Medicare, Centrelink, Tax etc.

https://my.gov.au/LoginServices/main/login?execution=e1s1

After that you can access your records in any linked area. Choose a good strong password and DON'T LOSE IT.

Good luck.

How do I create a myGov account

you need a lot of information to get a login. It is like overkill.
I tried once to get a login and gave up due to the ridiculous amount of information from various statements that I did not have on hand to complete centrelinks identification verification. you may have better luck than I did when I gave up on dealing with Centrelink

When trying to create a gmail account, it keeps telling me not available I am trying to set up another email account for my sports program, AYSOregion124coachadmin, but it keeps telling me its already

There already is an account created with that name. If it was an account you created on a previous attempt, try signing in. If you forgot the password, click the "Need help?" link on the sign-in page.

If someone else created the account, then you'll have to create an account with a different name.
