SOURCE: remove front rotor on 91 f250 4x4 manual lock out

I must be missing something. It should be fairly straightforward. It is pretty much just unpinning the brake caliper and hanging it so that it's weight is supported and removing the brake rotor. Put down the Chilton manual that you are using and go to the autozone.com website and register the truck. It's free and will give you access to an online repair manual. The steps for changing the brake rotors can be found there. There are pics and diagrams and the steps for removing the caliper/pads and brake rotor can be found there. (unless I am missing something) Hope this helped and best wishes.

SOURCE: Yamaha 115hp 2 stroke Outboard Boat Motor. Went

is it carbureted or fuel injected? are your warning horns working? if it iscarbureted then a few easy test can be done to find out. if its fuel injected then its a little harder but not impossible.(1) check compression. without the year model I'm giving you a average numbers. all cylinders need to be over 100 lbs and equal each other within 5 lbs.(2) check spark. use a spark gap tester all cylinders should jump a half inch gap. if you have good compression and good spark fuel is the problem nine times out of ten. clean fuel lines replace primer bulb and replace all fuel filters. Yamaha has a gravity filter under the engine coul. take it to the lake if no improvement. clean carbs. same test to be and fuel system service used of fuel injected engines. if no improvement in engine preformance then you will have to take it to a dealer to test with computer.

SOURCE: yamaha outboard 150 4 stroke bad vibration at 700

is you propeller bent? a dent the size of a quarter will cause a shake. If not that means your engine is misfiring. here are the troubleshooting test and tool list you need to find out. Tools(1) A compression gauge (2) a spark gap tester.(3) A Clymer service manual for your engine. (you can purchase from your local outboard dealer. I know all these are expensive but if your going to be a outboard tech you will always need them. Troubleshooting (1) check compression. without the year model I'm giving you a average numbers. Look at your Clymer manual. all cylinders need to be over 100 lbs and equal each other within 5 lbs.(2) check spark. use a spark gap tester all cylinders should jump a half inch gap. if you have good compression and good spark, fuel is the problem nine times out of ten.Ethanol gas is proven to stay stable in fuel systems for 30 days in 90 + degree heat. Drain gas tank, clean fuel lines replace primer bulb and replace all fuel filters. Yamaha has a gravity filter under engine coul clean it. Finally replace spark plugs, I know spark plugs probably don't look bad but this is a outboard. Fresh spark plugs means less resistance for the ignition system. The ignition system is week compared to automotive. Test drive boat, if the problem is still there then there is further steps to take. Again I don't know the year model so I guessing its fuel injected. Pull out your clymer manual. what is great about the Clymer Manual for Novice techs is it gives detailed info on your outboard. Troubleshooting tips and teaches you how your outboard works.

Why is water exiting from power head fitting on my 2004 Merc 90 hp 2 stroke?

The poppit valve diaphragm has ruptured and needs to be replaced. Just remove the 5 bolts to take the cover off and it will be right there. You might want to replace the gasket as well.

Does yamaha make 2 stroke 90 hp outboard motors during in 2016-17-18

yamaha like all engine manufacturers are controlled by the EPA in the countries they are sold
In most countries the use by date has been established and 2018 is the end date that they can be sold with the start date being as early as 2015
So to comply with EPA requirements, yamaha would be allowed to sell off existing stock but the retail section ( local dealers ) would be restricted form selling them in certain countries
So to answer your question
No yamaha would not be making 2 strokes after 2015 as they could not sell them so any you see would be existing stock in dealers being sold off

Have a 2 stroke 225 Yamaha outboard. Alarm for what I can tell for heat, an oil went off today. Runs fine at lower rpm, but goes off when it goes up beyond 21 rpm.

How long has it been since you changed your water pump? The pressure relief valve can also cause over heat issues if it is stuck.

My 2005 Yamaha 115 2 stroke outboard motor falls on its face when I put it in gear and try to throttle up where are the Jets in the carburetor so I can clean them

The jets are inside the plates on the side of the carb, if I remember the carb design correctly. They should be screwed into the body behind the diaphragm
