I just successfully replaced a Thermadore MBBS microwave with an LG Model #LMC2075ST (Lowes stock number 728040). It was close to a perfect fit into the Thermadore trim kit and attachments, and very easy install. The LG was only $169 on sale at Lowes, and is, by far, a superior microwave to the old MBBS model.
1. Defective controller or its power supply.
2. Broken display panel.

If your clock is not keeping the correct time and you have done everythinh right, the problem lays within the IC or M icroprocessor on the Printed Circuit Board which the lcd clock display is attatched too.
