Our remotes aren't guaranteed to work all types of equipment. For our
922 and Hopper receivers, the auto address option in the Menu >
Settings > Remote Manager/Control is the best way to get a remote to
work a device. If that doesn't work then we suggest the learning
feature.
At this point there is no other steps available for that remote. I would
suggest using the equipments original remote if available. Let me know
