Possibly low on developer or the machine is not level

Set-up for this copier sure isn't well-documented. We just got ours working today, by following the instructions here: https://www.businessneedz.com/Manuals/ar168s_setup.pdf (yes, it lists a different model number, but the instructions worked, and were linked from the ar-208d product page from the supplier)

Most likely need to replace the developer

It sounds like either you contaminated the mag roller or there is a loose connection that causes the mag roller to charge. You might have to just order a new developing unit.
Sir, what color has the problem? I don't understand you question? Are you using OEM parts. Have you had qualified Konica Minolta technician look at it?
