With no water in the tank, locate the float which is a low water safety. The temp probe should be directly above it. You can go on line to PartsTown.com and find the manual for this machine and on page 42 it has a picture of it and the location.

SOURCE: Need to convert 3 phase Hobart dishwasher to single phase

It will not be inexpensive to convert your dishmachine over to three phase. With everything that you will need to replace, depending on the model if converyor or not it may run close to what it costs to have 3phase run to the building that you plan to move into.

SOURCE: can I change the 3 phase to a single phase?

Not practical. You would have to change the pump motor to single phase, you'd have to chage the heating element most likely depending on what size is in it now. Also does it require an auxiliary water heater? it's probably 3 phase also. Changing phases is not like changing voltages.

Good morning, I have 01 Hobart dishwasher AM14, i need to be replace rinse sensor probe and temperature sensor for booster heater. But I can't to find Hobart part number Please help me.Thank you.

294692 for the rinse probe.
"temperature sensor for booster heater"? Do you mean the thermostat? If so, part number is 274161.

Parts breakdowns and part numbers are available at www.hobartservice.com. Click "Parts" on the left, then click "Hobart SmartParts System" on the next page. You'll be asked a series of questions to identify your piece of equipment, and then you'll get a parts list and have links to parts breakdowns for various sections of the machine.

Hobart WM-ID dishwasher doesn't heat water enough to clean dishes

The WM-1D does not have any internal heating devices. You have to supply the machine with the proper water temp. It has two fill valves, one for wash and one for rinse. It should have 150F supplied to the wash fill valve and 180F to the rinse fill valve.

My hobart 42 in. AM14C-154 Freestanding Dishwasher is missing the pipe part and the three face needs to be changed to a singe face.

You can get the parts at your local Hobart office. It would be very costly to change the unit to single phase.
www.hobartservice.com Click on "Locate an office" and type in your zip.
