Get an Android Tablet out of safe mode
Use the following steps to get out of safe mode.
1.Restart your device by holding the power button, then tap Power off.
2.Tap Ok to confirm.
3.Power the device on. Your tablet should now be out of safe mode. If the device is still in safe mode use one of the following methods.
·Uninstall the last application you installed:
1.From the Apps menu, tap on Settings.
2.Tap on the app and then tap on uninstall.
3.Restart your device.
·Perform a factory data reset:
1.From the Apps menu, tap on settings, and then tap backup and reset.
2.Tap on factory data reset, and then tap reset tablet
3.Tap erase everything to format your tablet back to factory default configuration.
Start in Safe Mode (by repeatedly pressing F8 while the computer starts.) Go to Start, Run, type msconfig and hit enter. Remove Phoenix Secure Core from start items ! This should do it !

Turn on your computer, go into safe mode by press the F8 key on top of your keyboard while starting up.
This will start you in the SAFE MODE. Select Safe Mode. From there, go into your User accounts and either delete the account and/or change the password Be sure and write it down this time. I would make a password boot disk/cd while you're at it that way if you lost the paper, you will always have a back-up on the disk/cd. Please take time to rate me
It seems something flooding your startup.
Try this method:
1. Reboot your computer.
2. After bios logo, press F8 to enter safe mode.
3. Choose safe mode the (first menu).
4. After entering desktop menu go to System Restore and restore your computer to the best condition (date).
The simplest way around this problem is to enter Safe Mode and uninstall it.
1. Restart PC 2. Press F8 until Windows Boot Menu appears. 3. Select Safe Mode 4. After Safe Mode finishes loading, press Win+R to open the Run command. 5. Type APPWIZ.CPL into the dialog box and press enter. 6. Allow Add and Remove Programs to fully load. 7. Scroll down to the LG PC Suite, select it, and then click Uninstall/Change. 8. Uninstall the program. 9. Restart computer.
If you don't want to go to the hassle of entering Safe Mode, then another option would be to open Task Manager and end any process affiliated with the LG PC Suite. Then you should be able to uninstall the program.

If it goes no futher, try booting into safe mode by pressing f8, if not , put in your windows disc and attempt a REPAIR INSTALATION.
Google it, this is not the first option to repair, its like a full install but you loose no files
Try booting up in safe mode. Press power on button and press F8 until you see a list appear. Go in under safe mode and see what the problem is....Hope this helps....
