Timex - an inexpensive watch - is not worth fixing. you didn't say how old it is, but likely it is time for you to give it up and get a new one. (they do wear out, you know.)
Testimonial: "It is just 2 weeks old. So indeed its worth fixing."

in that case, (now that we know it isn't a 'many years old watch you just like', ..... it is still within the manufacturer's warrantee period - just return it for a working one or a full refund of your money.
I need a technical answer like the steps to switch back to normal time. Such answers not helping like throw it away or claim warrantee. I bought this from Dubai but now I'm in Sri Lanka. I guess here we don't have place to claim. It was working before. I think I may need to know the correct steps to activate it.
if you just add a little information each time, then, you may be trolling instead of seeking help. first you ask how to get the hand 'working' as it was stuck, now you change your question to how to change time. I'm done.
Thanks but if I want to claim or throw it away I don't need to post a question here. It is obvious that I do not need such opinions and the provided information is sufficient. So its not trolling for sure. Question didn't change . Yes the hand that indicate the second (time) is stuck / not moving.
Thanks anyway
press and hold the upper button while pressing and releasing the lower button. That starts and stops second hand.

SOURCE: I have a seiko flight watch, unknown of the model, second hand doesn't reset
I guess the blue faced SEIKO is a Flightmaster (Model: 7T92- OCFO)and it is a great watch. This is a common problem with most chronographs and this happens due to misalignment with usage.
All you need to do is pull out the locking crown all the way out (2nd Step) as if setting time. and then press and hold the top / left button and at first the milli seconds hand resets. after which you have to press the borrom / right button to move the seconds hand in to place. and then reset the time and lock the crown. You can repeat this for Milli Seconds, Seconds, Minutes & hours hands.
Hope this helps,
Krishna Chaitanya GT.
SOURCE: how to access older timex automatic watch second hand
You should be able to open the back by popping it off with a sharp knife blade. Sometimes, the lip where you'd open it is hard to see and usually under the band, between the lugs. The movement will just come out. If I read you right, you know how to do this, once the movement is removed. You can't just pull the hands off. Hopefully, you'll be able to just VERY EASILY bend the one that is causing the problem.
SOURCE: The hour/minute/second hands on my Timex Ironman not moving
It could have 2 batteries! 1.5 volt for analog and lithium for digital! Take it to a reputable watch repair business and let them check! :-)
Good luck!
SOURCE: The chronograph second hand now resets to the 5 O-Clock position?
I have found instructions that tell you how to reset the hands but there are several buttons on your watch and to avoid confusion you really need to see a diagram.
You can do this by going to the Seiko web site (seiko.com), click on "support", then "instruction booklets".
Scroll down the next page and you will see a list of the watches made by Seiko. Select yours and download.
Go to page 16.
