TV has sound and backlight but no picture. I bought all new boards form shop Jimmy and replaced all 3 board and connections and had the same results. Has anybody else experienced the same issues?

It is still possible the z sustain board is bad. or an x driver board.

Most likely this set has an "integrated" inverter, as most samsungs do--and this DOES sound like an inverter problem. Make SURE thought, there are no more bad "10 volt" caps on the power supply...ALL of them need to be replaced no matter HOW they look.

If the sound is still going and you can change the channels then the problem is most certainly the ysus or zsus board.

I am not sure since you do not provide the model number.
You can try here to what the boards are at www.shopjimmy.com
Most failures are due to the power supply, Y-SUSTAIN, Z-SUSTAIN boards. Inspect those boards for blown fuses, caps, semiconductors.

I have been having the same problem with my LG. people say there are bad capacitors on the power supply board. I don't have the know how to replace them and don't have the money to pay. I can get mine to work by blowing hot air with a hair dryer into the back of my tv through the vents over the board. Heat it up for a couple minutes and turn it off and then back on and the picture comes back. I just never turn the set off now.
