On my zte phone the google sign in page will not stop popping back up so how do i fix that please?
If the phone was wiped or master reset with a google account still in the device, then the device won't allow a cellular comnection to the device until you get passed this point. So even if you are putting the right email and password in, the device can't verify that the email is right because it has no data connection. Re-start the phone and when it asks you to sign into a wifi network, you must connect to one. If you skipped this step once already and the phone keeps skipping past the wifi login screen, you may have to factory reset the device once more to get this screen to be included once again in the phones start up steps.
Google "(the make and model of your phone) hard reset instructions" if you are unsure how to do this step.
If the device has not been factory reset and the google playstore keeps asking you to sign in:
Go to settings,
Select either "apps" or "application manager" depending on your device.
Scroll down and click on the google playstore
On older android versions press the clear cache and clear data buttons on this screen.
On newer android versions select storage, then press the clear cache and clear data buttons here.
This should make the problem stop.
If not, one last chance. Go back to the application manager and find the playstore once again. Press the "uninstall updates" button. It will ask you if you want to uninstall the updates and restore this app to the factory version, hit ok. Restart your device and within a minute or two the phone will inform you the playstore needs an update. Go ahead and reinstall the updates. If none of these work, after 6 years in the cellphone biz, it might be time for a new phone. And In the future stay away from ZTE, buying a ZTE is like buying a cheap power tool, it's gonna get the job done for a while, but it won't be long before its messing up or not functioning properly.
