Sand has entered my CP734 impact wrench.

I need a diagram for reasembly of a CP-734 Impact Gun please.

Check the following website. It is a pdf file, so you will need Acrobat Reader, which is available on this website. After it loads, it lists various CP model numbers on the left side, so scroll down to 734 and click on it( it says 734 OBS) and it will open an exploded view of the breakdown of the CP 734 impact wrench. On the Acrobat toolbar, you can expand the picture as much as you want to and print it.

note CP.com will only have parts list for current tools, the other websites will have lists for older tools.

Is the oil used for CP734 air wrench for air line use & air gun body oil one & the same product

C.P. recommends 3/4 oz. of SAE30 oil in the hammer (clutch) mechanism, and SAE10 for the air motor.

This is from the CP734H manual.
Check clutch oil once each month. Use 3/4 oz.
(22ml) of SAE#30 oil or equivalent.
Make sure the oil is non-detergent.

Put 4 or 5 drops of oil into the air line opening. Connect an air supply and burst the trigger a few times. The settings are 1-less 4 more. It's all up to the application and they are not specific settings.
