Lenovo Service Partition has been destroyed! Can not find script file "X:\onekey\main\Irscall.vbs". Error on my H520s?

If you can use command prompt run the tool sfc / scannow as a administrator.
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ht/sfc-scannow.htm
Or you can run checkdisk also as a administrator.C:\ CHKDSK /F/R this process can take several hours.

I scanned my computer for viruses and after rapairing the damaged files i can't open my partitions because i get this error: Internet Explorer Script Error .. javascript:new...

While you did a Anti virus scanning and fixing, the anti virus software purged or corrupted one of the .bat files or probably the shell script. The file Sola.bat was not operatable and Due to this you are not able to open the partitions.

Its wise to run the Windows Xp professional CD and run a Repair to Back the files which would work.

If the disk partition has an issue, on Active drive, you wont have the OS part initialised while booting. It would say A Valid OS not found or Non Bootable Partition. Good Luck.

There are ways to recover files from formatted hard drives but to recover the entire recovery partition is not likely.

Have to make partition as C and D drive

Since you have used the recovery disc to restore the system, it will automatically create partitions on the system, in your case, just one major partition which is Drive C (C:). If you want to add partitions on your system, you can use partition editor software such as Norton Partition Magic 8.0 and Acronis Partition Manager. These software gets a portion of the main Partition (Unused / Free space) and creates a new one. You can create multiple partitions depending on the size of the Hard Drive on the system. These Software are not Free, if you want to use a free software for editing the parition, you can use Gparted (Found in : http://gparted.sourceforge.net/ ). Though Gparted is free, it is harder to use compared to the first 2 software mentioned. If you want to use a user friendly sofware, I suggest that you use Acronis Partition Manager or Norton Partition Magic 8.0.
