Can I use Epsom salts in an American standard jet corner bathtub with a heater without causing damage. Would it void warranty

SOURCE: The pop-up drain stopper on my American Standard bathtub no longer seals in the down position. Any suggestions? KG

Unscrew it (turn left/counterclockwise), thoroughly clean it, lubricate it with liquid dish soap, screw it back in. If it still doesn't work, best bet is to get a replacement.

If, when you remove it, you find the gasket around the bottom is torn, probably ought to replace it and forego the cleaning step.

You can adjust the jets by moving the center of the jet around, if the center does not move, it is not adjustable, some jets have a pressure adjustment by twisting the center of the jet left to right. No manual necessary for this.

epsome salts are only used for bath salts ,there is no harm.
