Hello, I have an GE Marquette Max 1 stress system and it loses time and date. Could someone help me find the time keeper? Thanks in advance

I work with these quite frequently. A few questions:

1. what is your application for this treadmill?

2. which system/device/equipment are you using to control the treadmill, and which control & communications cable are you using - and which port is this cable connected to ??

3. which version/ manufacture date/ serial #/ firmware revision do you have there?

4. have you ever operated one of these system when it was properly working before?

5. which CAM module do you have? ....

... post pictures also, if you can.

Does it keep losing the date when you turn it off? or are you asking how to set the time and date?

If you're losing time and date when you turn the unit off, there's a coin cell battery on the main processor board that needs replacing.

If you just want to set the time and date - Press "SHIFT" and 12 lead keys at the same time. select "7" for date and time, use the return key to select date or time

replace the backup battery usually found on the back or near the bottom near a clip.

Why did you change the memory battery, to enable unit to remember time & date?

You cant use the AM3, you need an AM 5. The Max 1 will not run on anything other then the AM5.
