2 of the screws on my Fitbit Surge band appear to be stripped. Using the small screwdriver that came with the replacement kit I can't get the screws out. Any ideas?

Take it to a watch seller or pc guy at your local flea market
and they will be able to do it for you, probably free of charge

I have a swiss legend keramica and i cant ajust the bracelet

Most bracelet adjustments require a special tool that is only found in a jewelry store, or your watch can be shortened by the manufacturer. Many watches have pins that push out if you look on the back of the band there should be arrows the pins push in that direction if you have something small enough to fit it the hole, be very careful to put the pin back in the same way. Occasionally some watch bands are not pins they are screws and it can be very difficult to tell the difference between the two. If the watch band has a screw it requires a very small screwdriver and you must be careful NOT to strip the screwhead! You can also shorten some watches by just moving the pin in the band buckle if you have a small tool you should be able to do this yourself, BUT wear glasses because pins will spring out, keep pointed away from your face. Hope this helps!

Having trouble removing pin from men's Ebel 1911

Watchmakers are using special pin removing tools and punches. You can find them on Ebay. If you have pins you can not damage threads as pins do not have any threads - they are friction fitted. Punch must be the size of the pin end you can see. Some pins come out easily, some quite hard, so, use appropriate strength to drive pins out. In case if there are screws - use small screwdriver to fit in the slotted screw end and unscrew the screw.

How to shorten band on Rolex submariner

on mine I removed a couple links using a jeweler's screwdriver(flat-blade). Look for the screws in a hole along the narrow edge of the links nearest to the clasp. Use care in removing/replacing these screws, you do not want to break or strip them using excessive force. If you need to remove more than one link, take additional links from the opposite side of the clasp, so the clasp stays centered on your wrist.

How do i shorten the band on my casio 3319

You look for the end of the link that has a screw like notch and tap it out with a small screw driver (like a eyeglass screwdriver or any thing you can sub,) and pull out with a needle nose pliers. Be careful and out the band on a rubber or paper surface though.
Providing you have the tools. I did mine in 3 min.

Resize the watch

If the band is screws then a small screw driver will do the trick. Make sure you use the right size screw driver so you do not strip the screws.
If the band is put together with cotter pins you can push out the cotter pins with a small awl or punch. You want to apply pressure to the end of the pin that is not split or appears to be smooth. Usually when you have cotter pins they are arrows or indicators on the band to tell you which way the pins come out. Make sure you put the pins back the same way they came out.
