You might try going to this Timex repair link and ask them for a list of authorized Timex repair shops in your area. Or you could send it back to them.

Just fixed mine. While plugged in, depress all the buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. It should turn on and show that it is charging. The ticking will stop as well.

You can get instructions from the Timex web site "timex.com".

At the bottom of the screen click on "manuals/downloads", then on "product
manual download"

Enter your watch type in the search box and click on "search"

Sounds like the seal was not fitted properly/at all?

Take it to an authorised Timex dealer for repair.

Whenever you push the "indiglo" button and your display goes blank, your battery is almost dead. Get it replaced.

Please press all pusher at same time, it will restart the ic, it's just like to restart your computer.
