Bought a used Samsung smart tv. Netflix still has precious owners account attached to Netflix. How do I remove it.

Disregard the other solutions. Open your Netflix App and do the following:
Hit the arrow keys on your remote.
Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up, up, up.

You need to register with Netflix online first to create a login and password.

Here`s how to:

>> On your computer go to netflix.com then click signup or signup.netflix.com
>> Fill all the necessary information they needed.
>> Purchase any plan they offer after you created an account(Optional as you can avail a trial version for 7 days)

Now go to your TV

>> Turn the TV on then hit menu
>> Go to My apps menu
>> Select Netflix
>> Sign in with your username and password
>> Take note of the code
>> Go to your computer and login to netflix.com/activate and type in the code to activate.
>> Go back to the TV select finish to start the service

Important:

Make sure your TV is connected to the internet, either wired or wireless

Here are the three methods to connect wireless on your TV:


Scan and connect

>> Turn on the TV
>> Go to Menu
>> Go to Network settings
>> Select easy then scan for networks
>> Select and connect

Connect using WPS

Press the WPS button(Padlock with signal wave) on your TV`s side panel then on your router.

Note:

You only have two minutes before the router turn the WPS off


Add network manually

>> Go to Menu
>> Go to Network settings
>> Select manually add network

Type and select the appropriate settings:
SSID: Name or the Wireless network
Security: Either the WEP, WPA, WPA2 or WPA+WPA2
Passphrase/Passkey: Type in the password

Wait for a prompt that the TV is connected to the internet.

You can buy a Blu ray player that has net flex on it. Then what ever TV you hook the player to you will have net flex but, you have to pay a monthly bill for net flex.

Most resets, will start the program from scratch. Not knowing what TV you are talking of, I can't predict if the user settings also will be erased. You could check the manual for that. No manual? just Google with the brand name, model and add manual in the search line. Don't open the first hits, unless you are sure it is the website from the brand. Manuals for free and other sites with manuals in the URL, most of the time have no manual, but try to let you install some software.
