Could be your account has been hacked. Try logging into your account from a different device to ensure it's not the case.

This generally suggests that whichever mail account is not sending does not have the correct server details set in the Mail Application's configuration. Check the server details from your provider and the details on the Tab to ensure they are the same. If it still doesn't work, your server might not support external SMTP servers or something similar in which case you need to contact their support services
