reboot ur sytem and press key F8 continously untill u dont see the option of safe mode then open ur windows in safe mode then go to control panel and reset ur password then reboot it
NOTE this will only workif u r having microsoft windows xp installed in ur system
*if it is a user account restart ur pc and press F8 key continuosly to get booting options
* select safe mode and hit enter.
* go to control panel and enter user acounts option. u can view the useraccounts profile, change the password there and restart ur computer.
* if it is a Admin account go to bios settings by pressing del key on reboot and change passowrd in the bios.
