I called the same number and no one answered? Did they change the number now?
Hello, Don -
Flash Furniture sells quite a large number of office chairs. Without knowing the model number of your chair, it is impossible to even try to find assembly instructions.
If you have not yet already done so, I suggest you contact Flash Furniture directly and ask for assembly instructions for your chair.

Need instructions on setting up chair
Model# 847254017148
Hello, Dee -
I do not find any information on your model number chair on the Flash Furniture website. This the main phone number for Flash Furniture (headquartered at Canton, Georgia): 770-721-8391. Call that number during weekday office hours (Eastern Time zone) and talk with a Customer Service representative. Ask about the availability of assembly instructions for your model chair. The company may hold the instructions in its archives if it is not a chair model currently manufactured. There may be a fee for supplying you with the assembly instructions.
Best wishes.

step 1: press the 5 casters into the holes on the star base (it's a firm press until they snap into place) turn it over so the wheels are on the ground and push the gas cylinder into center hole. place black sleeves over it. set it aside.
step 2: attach armrests to seat base using bolts (I) and washers (K) (the longer and thinner bolts and smaller washers) using the allen wrench supplied.
step 3: attach the seat plate (the thing with the 3 handles) onto the bottom of the seat cushion using bolts (J) and washers (L) ( the fatter and shorter bolts and larger washers) usint the same allen wrench.
step 4: place the set onto the base into the big hole that acceps it. then sit on it to ensure it stays, otherwise when you pick up the chair it will come off the base.
step 5: slide the seat back bar into the groove where the know shows at the back of the seat. you may have to loosen that knob first. when it is in, press the little black plastic button (M) into the hole at the bottom of that seat bar to keep it from sliding out when you pull it up to adjust.
step 6: play with the levers to learn how to do different adjustments.
step 7: congratulate yourself and be proud that you did it!
Oh, make sure all the bolts are tight before putting into use.

This guide helped us a lot. I do not know for what reason, but we have several chairs in disassembled form, but for some reason, the people who were supposed to assemble it did not come. I rent a small coworking space for business where a lot of people work and I saw that these chairs are designed for two women who could not assemble them for a while. My friend and I found these instructions and decided to help them during our break. We managed quickly and the women were very happy to help us. Anyway, it wasn't a bad break time. Extra activity is never superfluous for office workers.
