Hi,
If you are plugged into the router with an ethernet cable the router should be either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 .. Connect the ethernet from the router to the pc. open a web browser and try each number in turn in the address bar to see if you can connect ...
Testimonial: "Thanks for the replay ,I try these IPs but still not working :( https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/b4IAAOSw-W5Utefy/s-l400.jpg"
Check that your PC is set to DHCP (automatic IP address) in the network settings of the ethernet interface in Control Panel ..
Also make sure that the "http//" is NOT in the address line in the browser .. it should ONLY have the 192.168.*.* numbers
Found this .. It's VERY old but might help ..https://fccid.io/PHX-RSU2510R/User-Manua...
Thanks for the replays guys, Here what I did to make it work:
1. Run the machine after you direct it to the transmitting station for the signal.
2. Connect the machine to the router and set the router settings.
3 - After the machine lights to pick up the signal open the browser in your mobile or computer.
4 - Enter the link of the company equipped for the service according to your country (the link of the company equipped in my country is the followinghttp://www.wise.net.lb or 192.168.132.1
5- A page will be opened through which you can fill the machine with the balance to activate the internet.

One option is to reset the router to factory settings (aka default). This will reset and clear any passwords that the router is using. But be careful, this will reset all of your settings so be sure to re-configure them after the reset.
Hope this was helpful. =)
