When starting engine knocks real load like if someone droped a nut or washer inthe cylender

Depending on the period of time and intensity of the knock ? If it is a rapid short ,loud knock then disappears altogether you may be dealing with a cam chain tensioner that is loosing oil pressure when the car is standing. A loose cambelt tensioner can increase the noise .

Your problem may not be a broken spider assembly. My Kenmore Elite (model # 110-42822-203) had a kocking problem as well. After taking the back off, I discovered that the nut holding the pulley to the drum shaft (on the outside of the outer basket) was slightly loose. I simply re-tightened this an the knock went away. The pulley was shifting on the shaft ever so slightly, leading to the knock. Cost of fix: $0. :-).

Ther e is a chance your injectors are leakin g down and there is excess fuel in the cylinders. Not a good thing. So, you fuel pressure and injectors need chkg. good luck

I had the same problem on my 2006 Lucerne and it was the engine mount located on the front of the vehicle behind the radiator.

I have the same problem on my 2.0L 2001 Legacy auto. It began about 1000 miles ago. It has now done 84k. From my online searches this is most probably 'piston slap', and is not serious. To save weight Subaru shaved down the skirts on the pistons. With normal engine wear the pistons will at some point rattle against the cylinders until the engine is heated up and the pistons expand. The rattling should go away after a few minutes. If it persists say 10-15 minutes, it may be another problem.
