I have a similar safe, although it is a different brand. I have a red button under the top of the safe, around where the battery's go in. I have to hold that button until I hear a beep and a red light flashes. Then I'm required to input the new combination. This may, or may not, work for you.
I recommend contacting the manufacturer and asking them.

When you bought that you were required to write down a number or there was a paper with a serial number on it. You have to call Sentry and give them that number and prove that it is your safe, they will tell you how to open it.
